A 14-hour day starting around 04:20, combining whitewater with a water-filled cave. You must be a confident swimmer. Minimum age is set by the operator and we confirm it in writing before booking — we do not currently publish it, and we will not guess. The trip is cancelled outright when the river runs high, which happens with little warning after rain.
A river running clear over white marble through a jungle canyon, with grade II–III rapids and a cave system you enter by wading and swimming in the dark. It is the best adventure day within reach of Medellín and it is a very long one.
Overnight at the reserve rather than a 04:20 start and a midnight return, with a private guide and the cave before the day groups.
